Plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
- →Refunds: New subscribers receive a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. After that period, fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- →Price Changes: You will receive at least 30 days' advance notice before any price increase takes effect.
- →Failed Payments: We will attempt to process failed payments up to 3 times before suspending your account.
- →Taxes: Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and website design associated with Telecom Bundles are our exclusive property and protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying our materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Account Termination
Either party may end the service agreement at any time. You can cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice for violations of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
